Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be aligable for a return:

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

- Proof of purchase is required.

- Certain items such as underwear, intimate wear, or final sale items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
